The introduction of the Pneuma team to the GMMH Talking Therapies offer has been intrinsic in allowing GMMH teams to grow and develop over the last 2 years. The culture within the Pneuma Team brings a vibrant, can-do attitude, which has made them a welcome part of our teams. They have brought a level of flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile in order to expand and adapt services, ensuring they are tailored to our needs. Our services are about improving the quality of care which we provide to our clients, something which Pneuma has demonstrably contributed to over the last 24 months, ultimately, improving experiences and outcomes. Their dedication and commitment to making the service successful has been brilliant to see and they are a pleasure to work with from my perspective.

Donegal CAMHS engaged Pneuma as part of our efforts to create a network of 3rd party providers that could flexibly meet the therapeutic needs of our patients. Pneuma worked with us intensively to identify evidence-based solutions to our particular challenges. They worked with our staff and patients to tailor the service and the therapist who they provided was fantastic. Feedback from our patients and families has been excellent. The service is making a real difference to our patients, families and to our staff. Pneuma check in regularly to make sure that things are still going well and they engage enthusiastically in our research and service improvement efforts. We recently lost staff members with little notice and Pneuma were able to step in quickly with potential solutions. They have also been prepared to say when they felt that their services were not appropriate and to suggest alternative approaches. We are very happy with the work Pneuma have done with us.
